QuickGoaTaxi – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking our taxi services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, you must not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • We may confirm your booking via SMS, email, or phone.

  • You must provide accurate contact information when booking.

3. Fares & Payment

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and the type of vehicle.

  • We may charge additional fees (e.g., parking, waiting time) these will be disclosed at the time of booking (if applicable).

  • Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, or other online payment options (as offered).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • If you cancel [X] hours before the scheduled pickup, no cancellation fee (or a lower fee).

    • If you cancel within [Y] hours of the ride, a cancellation fee of [Z] applies.

    • If you do not show up (“no-show”), [explain no-show charge].

  • Cancellation by Driver / Company:

    • If we cancel the booking (for example due to unavailability), you will be notified as soon as possible.

    • Refunds (if any) will be processed as per our Refund Policy (defined below).

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued when eligible (for cancellations per the policy).

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method or via a credit / wallet, as applicable.

  • The refund processing time may take [e.g., 5-10 business days] depending on bank / payment gateway.

6. User Conduct

  • Passengers must behave responsibly; inappropriate or illegal behaviour is not permitted.

  • No smoking, no carrying of illegal goods, and no excessive disruption is allowed during the ride.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. QuickGoaTaxi is not liable for lost items left in the vehicle.

7. Driver / Vehicle Quality

  • Drivers will follow all applicable traffic laws.

  • Vehicles used will be maintained and roadworthy (as per our standard).

  • However, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but do not guarantee perfect performance.

  • QuickGoaTaxi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our maximum liability for any issue will be limited to the fare paid for the ride.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with the date.

  • Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your business location – e.g., Goa].
