QuickGoaTaxi – Service / Ride Policy

  1. Booking Process

    • How to book: via website / phone / form.

    • Confirmation: when booking is confirmed (SMS/email) — explain “confirmed” status.

  2. Pickup / Drop

    • Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

    • Driver’s waiting time policy: e.g., “Driver waits for up to 10 minutes; beyond that, waiting charge of ₹[X] per minute applies or booking can be treated as no-show.”

  3. Delays & No-Show

    • If you are not present at pickup after waiting time, it is a no-show — charge policy for no-show.

    • If driver is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, QuickGoaTaxi will attempt to inform you, but delay does not always entitle a refund.

  4. Cancellation by Customer

    • Detailed cancellation windows, fees (as defined in Terms).

    • How to cancel: via website / call / email.

  5. Driver Cancellation

    • If driver cancels before arrival, we will notify you.

    • In such cases, you may get a full refund or credit, depending on payment method and timing.

  6. Payment at End of Ride

    • If payment is by cash: pay driver directly.

    • If payment is online/advance: clarify how final billing works (if there’s any adjustment).

  7. Safety & Conduct

    • Passengers should wear seat belts.

    • No carrying of hazardous or illegal items.

    • Respect driver and vehicle; misuse may lead to service denial.

  8. Damages

    • If passenger causes damage to vehicle, they may be held liable for repair cost.

    • We may charge for cleaning / damage if needed.
