QuickGoaTaxi – Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible if cancellation is done within the defined cancellation window.

  • Refund Method:

    • For online payments: refunded to the original payment method (bank / credit card / UPI) where possible.

    • For wallet / credit balance: refunded to your QuickGoaTaxi wallet (if you maintain one), or credited back.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within [X] business days (e.g., 5-10 days), depending on your bank / payment gateway.

  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees (if any) will be deducted before refund is processed.

  • No-Show / Late Cancellation: If you cancel too late or don’t show up, no refund (or partial refund as per your Terms).
