Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible if cancellation is done within the defined cancellation window.

For online payments: refunded to the original payment method (bank / credit card / UPI) where possible.

For wallet / credit balance: refunded to your QuickGoaTaxi wallet (if you maintain one), or credited back.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees (if any) will be deducted before refund is processed.

No-Show / Late Cancellation: If you cancel too late or don’t show up, no refund (or partial refund as per your Terms).
